Banana nudibranch (Eng) – Aegiris minor (Lat) (family Aegiretidae) – grows up to 12 cm. It feeds on yellow sponges and takes on the same color. Large nudibranch mollusc. The body is solid, the gills are covered with a protective sheath. Inhabits coral reef slopes, depth 10-25 m. Mostly in couples

Indian Ocean, Western Pacifica - Philippines, Indonesia, Japan, and to the Fiji Islands and Vanuatu
