Lumpy asteronotus (Eng) – Asteronotus cespitious (Lat) (family Discodorididae) – grows up to 40 cm. It feeds on sponges. One of the largest nudibranchs. Shy, therefore, comes out of hiding to feed only at night. Its distinguishing feature - visible tubercules on the body. Color can vary from green to brown, depending on the region. Divers can see it only during night dives, usually in shallow water
