Threespot angelfish (Eng) – Apolemichthys trimaculatus (Lat) (family Pomacanthidae) – grows up to 25 cm. It feeds on soft sponges and invertebrates. Depth 12-60 m.

Indo-Pacific - Maldives, Indonesia, Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Japan, GBR, Papua - tropical and subtropical seas
